This course will address what issues CPAs need to be aware of when working with elderly clients and those with special needs.
Attendees will learn about all aspects of long-term care, including where to receive it and how to pay for it. Other topics discussed will be Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, as well as the use of trusts in elder law and special needs planning.
